Look what I made!

Porchetta! Slow roasted pork shoulder and loin wrapped in the belly with skin on. Rosemary, garlic, olive oil salt rub on the inside. Four hours later you get crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Photo by Mark Busse. Degan Beley is in the background. She was my sous chef.
